TELE Besturingstechniek is a leading machine builder operating at the highest level of quality.
They tackle even the most challenging projects with ease.
With a team of around 25 highly trained professionals, TELE Besturingstechniek specializes in designing and manufacturing advanced switch cabinets and control cabinets for machine builders. Their expertise lies in serving the European and American markets, and they are authorized to certify switch cabinets and control cabinets according to UL 508A/CSA.

During these projects, Leerkes Engineering independently produced the electrical diagrams using Eplan Pro Panel (3D) software. Much of this work was carried out remotely, with frequent communication and collaboration with the TELE Besturingstechniek team.
One of the most notable projects Leerkes Engineering carried out for TELE Besturingstechniek involved the standardization of their upscaling projects for biogas skids.
The PurePac Compact is an innovative and sustainable biogas upgrading solution that contains compressors and membrane separation skids within a single 40-foot container, with the pre-treatment unit on the outside.
This compact design can also be used as a complete solution for indoor spaces.

Leerkes Engineering has taken on the task of standardizing their upscaling projects for Biogas skids, which has led to the development of the PurePac Medium, a compact and highly efficient biogas upgrading solution.

This innovative system houses the membrane separation modules within a single 40-foot container, while the pre-treatment and compressor are located outside the housing.
In addition, this system can be used as an indoor unit solution, with the pre-treatment located outside the building.
The PurePac Medium is ideal for upgrading 750–1,300 Nm3/hour of biogas to biomethane, which can then be used for injection into the gas grid or as fuel for vehicles (bio-CNG). In addition, the system can be equipped with a CO2 recovery system, which allows food-grade CO2 to be produced as an optional feature.

Leerkes Engineering has recently taken on an important project to improve Function Control's operations.
They have specifically developed and implemented a new Eplan Electric P8 standard and corporate identity for the company.

In addition, Leerkes Engineering has taken the initiative to redesign, improve, and test all of the company's existing machines to comply with the latest standards, such as NEN-EN-IEC 60204, NEN-EN-IEC 61439-1, and NFPA 79.
Despite the challenges of remote working, Leerkes Engineering has maintained regular contact with Function Control's employees throughout the project.

Cleanroom Cranes recently engaged Leerkes Engineering to test a project against the stringent US NFPA 79 standard. In order to sell their machines in the United States, they must comply with these strict safety requirements.
Leerkes Engineering has successfully verified several cleanroom gantry cranes to the NFPA 79 standard and prepared an English-language report describing the findings and recommendations for the gantry crane.

In addition, they designed an NFPA 79 Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) checklist, ensuring the highest level of safety and compliance for Cleanroom Cranes' products.

Leerkes Engineering has provided invaluable support to Vanderlande's R&D department, specifically in the field of electrical/mechanical prototyping and problem analysis.
These critical activities were carried out remotely, with frequent contact with Vanderlande employees to ensure seamless collaboration. In addition, Leerkes Engineering supervised employees from India who were essential to the R&D process at Vanderlande.

Despite the challenges this project presented, much of the work was carried out remotely, with multiple interactions between Leerkes Engineering and employees from both Stork and the Province of Friesland.

Leerkes Engineering recently participated in a tender for the Province of North Brabant, in which a bridge in the vicinity of Dinteloord underwent electrical, control, and hydraulic renovations.
The company took on the considerable task of hardware engineering, which involved various calculations, such as integral cable, selectivity, 3-phase short circuit, cabinet cooling, basement heating, UPS, and EMC management plans.
Despite the challenges this project presented, much of the work was carried out remotely, with frequent interactions between Leerkes Engineering and the employees of Strukton Systems, the Province of North Brabant, and the engineering firm Witteveen & Bos.
